What you will do:
- Produce detailed construction document sets for commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Collaborate remotely with the principal architect and project stakeholders.
- Follow internal drafting standards and adapt to client-specific requirements.
- Communicate progress regularly and manage workload independently.
What you'll need to know:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in commercial projects, preferably with US-based companies.
- Solid knowledge of US commercial design and construction standards.
- Proficiency in Revit .
- Strong technical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced level of English.
