What you will do:

Draft complete drawing sets in Revit for bid, permit, and construction submissions.
Support residential design projects with accurate and detailed construction documentation.
Draw architectural details and ensure code compliance throughout documentation.
Communicate effectively with the client via Microsoft Teams and email to align on project goals and timelines.

What you'll need to know:

A degree in Architecture
Proven experience in residential design and construction documentation.
Ability to assemble full drawing sets using provided examples.
Strong understanding of building codes.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (primary tool).
Advanced English level.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to set realistic production timelines.
Skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Suite. Enscape rendering is a plus.
