We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architectural Drafter to collaborate remotely with our client, a sole proprietor architect based in Santa Barbara, California. What you will do

  • Draft complete drawing sets in Revit for bid, permit, and construction submissions.
  • Support residential design projects with accurate and detailed construction documentation.
  • Draw architectural details and ensure code compliance throughout documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the client via Microsoft Teams and email to align on project goals and timelines.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture
  • Proven experience in residential design and construction documentation.
  • Ability to assemble full drawing sets using provided examples.
  • Strong understanding of building codes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (primary tool).
  • Advanced English level.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to set realistic production timelines.
  • Skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Suite. Enscape rendering is a plus.
