We’re looking for a talented Architectural Drafter to join one of our clients’ in-house design teams and contribute with expert drafting skills and a sharp eye for detail. This is a Full-Time, remote position supporting a team based in Florida, so availability to work in Eastern Time is required. Apply today!

What you will do

Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
Develop complete drawing sets including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, millwork details, and furniture layouts.
Collaborate closely with architects to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into technical documents.
Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers in a timely and organized manner.
Assist in the creation of presentation packages and design documentation.
Maintain clean, organized drawing files following CAD standards and project protocols.
Ensure quality and accuracy by performing self-checks before submitting documentation.
Communicate regularly with the design team to stay aligned on project goals and timelines.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
5 + years of experience in architectural drafting or technical design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit (SketchUp, Rhino, or other modeling software is a plus).
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methods.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working remotely and using tools like Microsoft Teams and Dropbox.
Advanced English level and excellent communication skills.
Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Asana, QuickBooks Time, and Microsoft Office Suite.
