We are looking for a Semi Senior Interior Architectural Designer to support one of our Florida-based clients, working part time on an exclusive pipeline of refined, high-end residential and hospitality projects. This is a Part Time position, with availability to work aligned with Eastern Time (ET) required. What you will do

  • Develop interior architecture concepts in SketchUp, translating approved mood boards into fully realized 3D architectural models
  • Model custom millwork, wall paneling systems, bars, built-ins, feature walls, integrated lighting, and detailed ceiling designs
  • Integrate provided CAD blocks (furniture, lighting, fixtures) into cohesive architectural environments
  • Support the rendering process (Lumion experience preferred) and ensure design intent is clearly communicated through high-end 3D presentations
  • Prepare detailed interior construction drawing sets in AutoCAD, including Demolition Plans, Construction Plans, Finish Plans with tagging systems, Finish Schedules, Interior Elevations (millwork, bars, marble applications, feature walls), and Lighting Plans (decorative and architectural coordination)
  • Coordinate electrical adjustments related to design and produce detailed callouts for millworkers and contractors
  • Maintain exceptional precision and documentation standards aligned with ultra high-end luxury project expectations
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless transition from design development to production documentation.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience working on ultra high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects
  • Strong experience in both 3D design development and technical production documentation
  • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp (concept + detailed modeling workflows)
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills for complete construction drawing sets
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Experience supporting rendering workflows with Lumon
  • Experience in highly curated, design-driven environments with elevated client expectations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of luxury-level finishes and millwork
  • Ability to translate mood boards into fully articulated architectural environments.
