What you will do

Create high-quality, photo-realistic residential renders.
Produce realistic still images for marketing and website use.
Translate architectural designs into compelling visual storytelling.
Work with provided references to match the expected render quality.
Support ongoing design visualization needs on a part-time basis.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture
Proven experience creating high-quality residential renders.
Strong attention to detail and realism in lighting, materials, and composition.
Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.
Ability to deliver polished images efficiently and consistently.

A great plus

Ability to create photo-realistic videos or walkthroughs at a similar quality level.
Experience working on branding or website-focused visualization projects.
