We are looking for a Semi Senior Pre Design Assistant to collaborate with our client, a Texas-based architectural firm. You should be available to work on Central Time (CT) for this Full Time remote opportunity. Ready to put your technical skills to the test? This role is waiting for you!

What you will do:
- Draft and update test fit floor plans in Revit based on markups and direction from the Pre-Design Manager.
- Create, maintain, and manage Revit models with medium-to-advanced proficiency.
- Apply and manage view templates, phase filters, design options, filters, and worksets.
- Create and edit families (including parametric components) as needed.
- Set up new project files following company standards and best practices.
- Support in space planning tasks when required, identifying potential design pitfalls such as circulation issues, code considerations, or inefficient layouts.
- Assist with conceptual layouts and iterations to test multiple design options.
- Ensure high accuracy and consistency in drafted plans, cross-checking against program requirements and standards.
- Maintain clean, organized files and documentation for efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Design Manager to deliver polished, client-ready drawings.
What you'll need to know:
- 5+ years of proven experience in architectural drafting or design support roles.
- Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated use of advanced features.
- Previous test fit and space planning experience in the US.
- Ability to flag design or technical issues early and propose solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet quick turnarounds.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering quality work.
- Proficiency in English.
