Our client is seeking a Semi Senior Civil Engineer to support the preparation of updated plan sets based on prior drawings. What you will do

Prepare updated civil plan sets based on previously approved drawings.
Develop plans that closely align with prior sets while incorporating required revisions and improvements.
Utilize your own licensed CAD software to produce accurate and professional documentation.
Ensure drawings are clear, coordinated, and ready for construction review.
Manage timelines effectively and communicate anticipated delivery timeframes.
Collaborate with the client to clarify scope, revisions, and project expectations.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and efficiency throughout the drafting and update process.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Advanced English level.
3+ years of experience preparing and updating civil plan sets.
Must have your own licensed CAD software.
Required software proficiency: AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Strong understanding of civil documentation standards and site development drawings.
Ability to estimate and communicate delivery timeframes confidently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
