You’ll assist U.S.-based firms in preparing accurate budgets, quantity takeoffs, document control, and cost breakdowns for architectural and engineering projects.
You’ll work with tools like Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, or PlanSwift to extract data from drawings and models, and provide reliable figures to support client planning and bidding.
We’ll match you with a client whose work style aligns with yours. Some professionals prefer fixed hours, like 8 to 5, while others value more flexibility. Either way, the client sets the expectations, and we make sure to connect you with a company that fits your preferred way of working, all from the comfort of your own home.
Estimation Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar platforms.
Reading Drawings: Ability to interpret construction documents, models, and plans.
Quantity Takeoffs: Knowledge of material measurements, units, and labor estimates.
Analytical Thinking: Accuracy in comparing costs, forecasting, and validating figures.
Communication: Sharing findings clearly and collaborating with design and engineering teams remotely.
A background in civil engineering, construction management, or cost estimation is helpful, and certifications in estimation tools or BIM 5D platforms are a plus, but they’re not required.
We value your ability to produce accurate, well-documented estimates and contribute to informed decision-making for real U.S.-based projects.
