What you will do

Develop and run hydrologic and hydraulic models using MIKE SHE and MIKE 11, creating input files from scratch.
Perform model calibration, scenario analysis, and post-processing of grid and result files.
Edit and create grid files and program structures within MIKE 11.
Conduct water resources analyses grounded in hydrology, hydraulics, and hydrogeology principles.
Use ArcGIS to support modeling, data analysis, and spatial interpretation.
Communicate modeling approaches, results, and recommendations clearly with clients.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their technical growth and project contributions.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering (or related field).
3 + years of experience in water resources engineering or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with MIKE SHE and MIKE 11.
Solid understanding of ArcGIS, hydrology, hydraulics, and hydrogeology.
Experience with model calibration, scenario analysis, and result interpretation.
Strong communication skills and willingness to supervise junior engineers.
An advanced english level.
