What you will do

Develop, maintain, or support digital solutions for U.S. companies.
Work on software, web development, support, infrastructure, or cybersecurity tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Git, Jira, or Zoom.
Build, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and performant systems.
Help integrate solutions into production environments with clear documentation.

What you'll need to know

Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, SIEM, CRMs).
Solid problem-solving skills and experience with debugging and testing.
Strong English communication for remote and asynchronous teamwork.
Familiarity with best practices in code management, deployment, and security.
Adaptability to work across roles like support analyst, DevOps, or QA.
