In this case, we are looking for someone to join our internal team and provide excellence to make the magic happen.

What you’ll do:

Integrate and develop diverse business processes using BPMN.
Collaborate with business units and vendors such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft.
Propose and implement new technologies to streamline and optimize operations.
Develop RPA solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath.
Design and model processes using BPMN notation with platforms like Bizagi, Bonita, Lucid Chart, or Visio.
Analyze business needs and design solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Leverage SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) for data integration and management.
Collaborate on front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON libraries.
Maintain and optimize solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph.
Provide weekly updates, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What you must have:

2+ years of experience in RPA roles such as Developer, Tech Lead Automation, or Architect
Proficiency in process modeling with BPMN notation.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Solid understanding of Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Strong skills in SQL and process automation logic.
Experience with BPMN UML platforms (Bizagi, Bonita, etc.).
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational excellence.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
An advanced English level

A great plus:

RPA certifications from Microsoft, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Platform and strategic resource planning.
Skills in front-end development and integration with business systems.
