We are looking for a Semi Senior IT Helpdesk Support to work with one of our clients in the USA. For this Full Time position you should be available to work on Easter Standard Time (EST) Apply Now!

What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support to end users across multiple systems and environments.
- Maintain computers and servers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage backups and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure applications and devices, including printers and peripherals.
- Set up new servers and assist in ongoing infrastructure improvements.
- Handle and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
- Provide phone support and resolve issues in a timely, customer-friendly manner.
What you must have:
- Experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, servers, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot applications and devices.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English to support internal teams and users.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Knowledge or experience with Azure, VMware, and Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Previous experience in a similar support environment or MSP/CSP setting.
