What you will do

  • Provide technical support to end users across multiple systems and environments.
  • Maintain computers and servers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure applications and devices, including printers and peripherals.
  • Set up new servers and assist in ongoing infrastructure improvements.
  • Handle and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
  • Provide phone support and resolve issues in a timely, customer-friendly manner.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, servers, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management.
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot applications and devices.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English to support internal teams and users.
  • An advanced English level.

A great plus

  • Knowledge or experience with Azure, VMware, and Microsoft Cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience in a similar support environment or MSP/CSP setting.
