We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join one of our clients and support their marketing and content efforts across multiple channels. This is a part-time, remote opportunity open to professionals based in Europe, working aligned with the client’s time zone.

What you will do

  • Plan, create, and manage marketing content across different channels — social media, email campaigns, newsletters, blog and website updates, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Organize and maintain a content calendar with clear deadlines and priorities, keeping production consistent and on track.
  • Write, edit, and adapt content according to the company’s brand voice and target audience.
  • Turn company updates, client stories, service offerings, industry insights, and internal ideas into clear and engaging marketing pieces.
  • Support lead generation efforts through relevant, well-timed, and consistent content.
  • Create or coordinate simple visual materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Slides, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to gather information, define messaging, and align content with business goals.
  • Review and improve existing marketing materials when needed.
  • Track content performance when applicable and suggest improvements based on engagement or campaign results.
  • Keep marketing assets organized, updated, and easy to find.
  • Support ad hoc marketing tasks, campaign launches, and content requests as they arise.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English — clear, concise, and adaptable to different formats and tones.
  • Ability to create content for social media, email, blog and newsletter, and sales and marketing materials.
  • Understanding of brand voice, audience targeting, and content strategy fundamentals.
  • Ability to organize a content calendar and manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Basic design sense and hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

A great plus

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns or lead generation efforts.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track content performance and inform decisions.
  • Experience with branding and maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
  • Background in video editing or content production for social media.
  • Experience working with international teams or clients across different time zones.
