Are you a Senior Architect with a passion for interiors and a track record of leading high-impact design teams? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Architect to collaborate full-time with one of our top-tier clients in New York. This is a fully remote role that calls for someone ready to lead a team, deliver exceptional interior architecture work, and communicate seamlessly across studios and consultants. What you will do

Lead and manage your own remote design team, providing strong creative and technical direction.
Oversee the full interior architecture process—from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation.
Ensure high-quality standards and consistency across all deliverables.
Coordinate with client studio teams, consultants, and collaborators to ensure smooth progress.
Lead the production of spec packages, FF&E plans, fixture schedules, millwork details, and renderings.
Act as a true extension of the client’s team, with clear, consistent communication at every stage.

What you'll need to know

10+ years of experience in architecture or interior architecture.
Prior experience leading large-scale commercial or cultural projects (stadium work is a plus).
Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Rhino.
Solid design and technical foundation, with the ability to deliver across every phase.
Experience with US-based projects and strong knowledge of American design standards.
An advanced English level and excellent leadership and communication skills.

A great plus

Familiarity with Revit (for coordination) and Enscape (for renderings).
