What you will do

  • Create and refine detailed drawings for interior remodels, residential additions, and new construction projects.
  • Follow and implement renovation drawing standards with accuracy and consistency
  • Work independently to ensure design intent and technical accuracy across all documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and maintain documentation quality.
  • Utilize AutoCAD efficiently to deliver professional drawing sets.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in drafting and design, preferably with residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong ability to follow established drawing standards independently.
  • Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.

A great plus

  • Familiarity with Enscape.
  • Experience with residential renovations or new construction in Texas.
