What you will do

Design architectural layouts and technical documentation for office and workplace projects.
Develop and coordinate project drawings and documentation.
Support projects from concept through detailed documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage quick turnaround deadlines.
Contribute creative and technical input to enhance both functionality and design quality.
Ensure all documentation meets U.S. standards and project requirements.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience in a similar architectural role.
Proven experience working on office projects.
Advanced English level.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on streamlining processes.
Familiarity with U.S. standards and documentation processes.
