What you will do:

Create and refine detailed drawings for interior remodels, residential additions, and new construction projects.
Follow and implement renovation drawing standards with accuracy and consistency
Work independently to ensure design intent and technical accuracy across all documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and maintain documentation quality.
Utilize AutoCAD efficiently to deliver professional drawing sets.

What you'll need to know:

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
3+ years of experience in drafting and design, preferably with residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong ability to follow established drawing standards independently.
Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.

A great plus:

Familiarity with Enscape.
Experience with residential renovations or new construction in Texas.
