We’re looking for a talented Revit Architect to collaborate remotely, supporting mid-sized community facility projects in Colorado. What you will do

Support the project team by translating design intent into high-quality Revit models, construction drawings, and detailed documentation.
Develop complete SD through CD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
Coordinate Revit models and drawings using Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC and previously BIM 360) to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment throughout the documentation process.
Contribute to mid-sized community facility projects, as well as projects at other scales, ensuring deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

What you'll need to know

Solid experience working as a Revit Architect, with hands-on involvement in CD production and detailing.
Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit for modeling and documentation.
Strong knowledge and abilities in Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC and previously BIM 360) for project coordination.
A good understanding of architectural documentation, coordination, and Revit best practices.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing clear, accurate, and professional drawings.
Availability for full-time work and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

A great plus

Experience working on community facility projects or projects at varying scales.
