Are you detail-oriented and passionate about transforming architectural ideas into clear, buildable documentation? We’re looking for a skilled Semi Senior Drafter to join one of our clients based in Florida. This is a Full-Time opportunity where you’ll support projects throughout the Design Development and Construction Documentation stages, working closely with project managers and architectural teams.For this opportunity you should be available during EST (Eastern Standard Time), Apply now!

What you will do

  • Develop and update architectural drawings in Revit during Design Development and Construction Documentation stages.
  • Prepare detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate drawings, revisions, and updates with project managers and internal teams.
  • Accurately implement markups and design changes within Revit models.
  • Support 3D modeling and basic renderings when required.
  • Maintain well-organized Revit models and drawing sets.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and guidelines.

What you'll need to know

  • A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience as an Architectural Drafter / Draftsman.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
  • Solid understanding of architectural documentation workflows.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage revisions accurately.
  • Advanced English skills.
