Are you a highly technical and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with experience in architectural production? Do you thrive on precision documentation and translating complex design concepts into buildable drawings? We’re looking for an AutoCAD Drafter to support a U.S.-based architecture firm specializing in high-end recording studios and critical listening spaces.

What you will do

Focus heavily on production and Construction Document development.
Develop detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD for acoustic and highly technical architectural environments.
Produce coordinated, buildable, and permit-ready drawing sets.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Develop Construction Document packages for presentation to General Contractors.
Accurately pick up redlines and implement revisions during the CD phase.
Support the detailing of architectural elements, acoustic assemblies, and technical systems.
Coordinate drawing sets to ensure clarity, constructability, and compliance with U.S. standards.
Collaborate directly with the client’s design and acoustic teams.

What you'll need to know

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proven experience producing full CD sets.
Advanced English level.
Solid experience in architectural detailing and technical documentation.
Ability to interpret redlines and technical direction independently.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

A great plus

Experience in high-end residential or specialty technical projects.
Exposure to recording studios, acoustic design, audiophile environments, or highly technical spaces.
Experience working with U.S.-based firms.
Understanding of U.S. permit documentation requirements.
