What you will do

Produce and develop complete Construction Document sets in Revit.
Work on high-end custom single-family residential projects, wood frame and steel framing.
Support commercial projects, especially restaurants and small office buildings, steel and metal studs.
Translate redlines and markups into accurate, well-coordinated Revit models and drawings.
Coordinate plans, elevations, sections, and details to ensure consistency and constructability.
Apply U.S. construction methods and work confidently in the imperial system.
Collaborate closely with partners and a Senior Project Manager within a small, focused team.
Participate in regular remote check-ins, clearly and proactively sharing progress updates.
Occasionally support legacy AutoCAD projects.
Maintain clear communication and reliable availability aligned with Eastern Time working hours.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
3 + years of professional experience.
Advanced English level with clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong experience producing full Construction Document sets.
Proven experience in single-family residential projects.
Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
Experience with wood framing and steel framing systems.
Ability to translate redlines into coordinated, buildable documentation.
Experience working with U.S. construction standards and the imperial system.
Strong attention to detail and a production-oriented mindset.
