What you will do

Design architectural layouts and technical documentation for luxury residential and high-end projects.
Develop and coordinate detailed project drawings and documentation with a strong focus on quality and aesthetics.
Support projects from concept through detailed documentation, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project vision and high-end standards.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage fast-paced project timelines.
Contribute creative and technical input to enhance both functionality and sophisticated design outcomes.
Ensure all documentation meets U.S. standards and luxury-level project requirements.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience in a similar architectural role.
Proven experience working on luxury residential or high-end projects.
Advanced English level.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with U.S. standards and documentation processes.
