About this job

We are currently looking to hire a flexible Architectural Designer – Revit to join one of our client’s teams and support a variety of ongoing projects across Arizona. This role is ideal for a versatile designer with 5+ years of experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to adapt to different project types and workloads.

What you will do

Produce and update Revit models across a variety of project types.
Support residential (custom single-family homes), multifamily, and commercial projects including apartments, warehouses, and office buildings.
Assist with architectural drafting tasks, including preparation of Construction Document (CD) sets and detailed drawings.
Model existing conditions for remodel and renovation projects.
Contribute to different stages of projects depending on workload and team needs.
Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with team expectations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the internal team.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Advanced English level.
Experience working across a variety of project types, including residential (single-family), multifamily, and commercial.
Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear, proactive, and consistent communication

A great plus

Experience working on Arizona-based projects.
Experience with additional design and collaboration tools.
