About this job

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Semi Senior Architectural Designer to join one of our client’s teams and support residential projects across California. This role is ideal for a designer who is highly proficient in Revit, has solid experience in architectural production, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and consistent communication with the internal team.
  • Use short screen-share recordings to ask questions or flag issues, minimizing unnecessary meetings.
  • Collaborate to ensure alignment, progress, and on-time delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and meet agreed-upon milestones while maintaining quality standards.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural production.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
