Are you detail-oriented and confident working with AutoCAD and Illustrator to bring large-scale urban projects to life? Do you enjoy producing clean, organized drawings and supporting dynamic, project-driven teams across multiple phases?
We’re looking for a Remote Urban Design Architect to join our client’s team, providing drafting and design support for urban design and master planning projects — including an exciting Master Plan in Dubai. What you will do

Provide AutoCAD-based drafting support for urban design and master planning projects.
Pick up and incorporate redlines across SD and CD phases.
Prepare, update, and maintain 2D drawings for DD–CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Translate redlines and client feedback into clear, accurate, and production-ready drawings.
Support drafting tasks for a Master Plan project in Dubai, adapting to international project requirements.
Organize and maintain drawing files, ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables.
Collaborate with the client to stay aligned on scope, timelines, and expectations.
Contribute to graphic presentations using Illustrator to enhance visual communication.

What you'll need to know

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (main requirement) and Adobe Illustrator.
Proven experience working on urban design projects.
Solid understanding of SD, DD, and CD phases, including full plan sets.
Advanced English level.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in production tasks.
Reliability and ability to meet deadlines in a part-time, project-driven engagement.

A great plus

Experience with master planning at an urban or regional scale.
Exposure to international projects or Middle East markets.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for presentation graphics.
