Are you a strategic and detail-oriented professional who enjoys building outbound campaigns, optimizing email performance, and turning cold prospects into qualified conversations? We’re looking for an Email Marketing & Outbound Specialist to join one of our clients based in Georgia. You’ll take ownership of the company’s direct outreach strategy, working closely with the Content Strategist / Copywriter to ensure marketing and messaging stay aligned across channels.

This is a flexible remote opportunity, ideal for someone who understands segmentation, deliverability, persuasive B2B copy, and the relationship between marketing activity and sales pipeline.

What you will do

Review, clean, validate, and enrich prospect databases, segmenting them according to relevant characteristics and buyer profiles.
Research appropriate contacts and decision-makers, maintaining organized prospect data and clear tagging in Pipedrive.
Help prepare the outbound infrastructure, including mailbox setup, domain warm-up, campaign templates, tracking, and list-hygiene processes.
Design and write multistep outbound email sequences, adapting the approved brandscript for different audiences.
Develop follow-up, nurture, and re-engagement sequences with calls to action designed to generate qualified conversations.
Launch and manage campaigns, monitoring responses and ensuring interested prospects receive appropriate follow-up.
A/B test subject lines, copy, calls to action, and cadence, analyzing performance by campaign and audience segment.
Track delivery, bounce, open, reply, positive-response, and meeting rates, recommending adjustments based on data.
Maintain CRM data hygiene, updating tags, activities, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in Pipedrive.
Coordinate with the client’s sales or business-development contacts and contribute to monthly performance reporting.

What you'll need to know

Proven experience in B2B email marketing, cold outreach, or outbound lead generation.
Experience building and managing multistep email sequences.
Strong understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation.
Experience with list building, validation, enrichment, and segmentation.
Experience working with a CRM, ideally Pipedrive.
Strong English copywriting and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize performance.
Experience working with US-based audiences.
Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with content and sales professionals.

A great plus

Experience marketing SaaS or technical products.
Experience targeting golf courses, landscaping companies, municipalities, universities, or related industries.
Familiarity with finite-market or account-based outbound strategies.
Experience creating nurture and re-engagement flows.
Knowledge of LinkedIn as a supporting outbound channel.
Familiarity with B2B data-enrichment and email-verification platforms.
