What you will do:

Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow communities.
Create and curate social media content, monitor conversations, and respond to comments.
Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging and brand voice.
Identify and engage with influencers and advocates to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Plan and execute online events to build community engagement.

What you'll need to know:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in social media management.
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and proficiency in management tools.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
