What you will do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow communities.
  • Create and curate social media content, monitor conversations, and respond to comments.
  • Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and advocates to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute online events to build community engagement.

What you'll need to know

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and proficiency in management tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
