What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume screening interviews with candidates across a variety of roles and industries (mainly, AEC).
  • Assess soft skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit to ensure candidates align with BetterPros’ standards.
  • Act as a point of contact and build strong, trust-based relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Select top candidates and create ideal matches according to client needs.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) organized, updated, and running smoothly.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or any role that involves connecting with people.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A tech-savvy, team-player personality who loves working in fast-changing environments.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, you’re always a few steps ahead.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus!
  • Passion for remote work, global teams, and creating life-changing opportunities for others.
