What you will do

Conduct high-volume screening interviews with candidates across a variety of roles and industries (mainly, AEC).
Assess soft skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit to ensure candidates align with BetterPros’ standards.
Act as a point of contact and build strong, trust-based relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
Select top candidates and create ideal matches according to client needs.
Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) organized, updated, and running smoothly.

What you'll need to know

Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or any role that involves connecting with people.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
A tech-savvy, team-player personality who loves working in fast-changing environments.
A self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, you’re always a few steps ahead.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus!
