We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Specialist who is passionate about sales and hospitality. We are looking for a client-oriented professional to support one of our clients, a renowned vacation rental & real estate company based in the Bahamas. This role is focused on weekend night coverage, and requires someone who is highly responsive and, above all, a true closer—someone who can confidently convert inquiries into bookings and deliver exceptional guest experiences. What you will do

Be available during your scheduled weekend shift to respond to rental inquiries from potential guests interested in vacation rentals.
Provide immediate responses to inquiries and maintain communication with leads to support the sales process and close bookings.
Actively persuade and guide leads to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Provide accurate and valuable information to help guests make informed booking decisions.
Assist guests with advice, recommendations, and support before and during their stay.
Manage communication with homeowners and property managers, including calendar coordination and availability checks.
Handle incoming inquiries on demand during your shift and ensure timely responses to maximize conversion opportunities.
Support issue resolution by redirecting guest concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

What you'll need to know

An above-advanced English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact directly with U.S. and Canadian clients.
Strong sales skills with a clear ability to close deals.
Availability to work weekends and night shifts as required (Saturdays and Sundays, 5 PM–10 PM Bahamas Time).
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to manage issues, communicate effectively, and coordinate with internal teams and property managers.
A friendly, persuasive, and trustworthy personality that builds confidence with clients.
Ability to work independently and remain responsive during assigned working hours.

A great plus

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles.
Knowledge of vacation rental platforms such as Lodgify.
Experience in industries such as tourism, hospitality, or travel.
