What you will do

  • Build, grow, and manage strategic relationships with developers, real estate groups, agencies, and premium brands.
  • Originate and identify opportunities for large-scale installations, immersive environments, and custom-built features.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and relationship building to deal structuring and closing.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with client vision and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate directly with the company on positioning, pitch strategy, and execution alignment.
  • Leverage your network to unlock new business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging opportunities across commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, and brand ecosystems.
  • Operate independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

What you'll need to know

  • Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or deal-making.
  • Established network within commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, or brand/agency ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to sell vision and create compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of autonomy, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

A great plus

  • Experience working on large-scale, design-driven, or experiential projects.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and emerging trends across relevant industries.
