What you will do

Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of accounts in the K-12 and higher education sectors.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share in the regalia and commencement product space.
Leverage existing connections to establish and grow new business relationships and partnerships.
Collaborate with school administrators, graduation coordinators, faculty, and students to drive sales.
Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Oversee the full sales cycle: from product recommendations to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend events.

What you'll need to know

Minimum of 2 years of experience in regalia, commencement, or graduation product sales.
Established contacts within the K-12 or higher education markets.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree required.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A great plus

Knowledge of market dynamics and emerging trends in the education and regalia industry.
