What you will do

  • Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of accounts in the K-12 and higher education sectors.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share in the regalia and commencement product space.
  • Leverage existing connections to establish and grow new business relationships and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, graduation coordinators, faculty, and students to drive sales.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle: from product recommendations to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend events.

What you'll need to know

  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in regalia, commencement, or graduation product sales.
  • Established contacts within the K-12 or higher education markets.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A great plus

  • Knowledge of market dynamics and emerging trends in the education and regalia industry.
