What you will do

  • Develop and coordinate complete construction document sets for presentation to general contractors, including floor plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, details, and schedules.
  • Produce precise and comprehensive technical documentation with a strong focus on wall sections, construction details, and schedules.
  • Actively contribute to the design process, bringing both aesthetic and technical judgment across all project stages.
  • Collaborate remotely with the internal team, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the client’s standards.
  • Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to deliver accurate documentation and high-quality visual presentations.
  • Support project coordination efforts across commercial projects, ensuring documentation meets project requirements and deadlines.

What you'll need to know

  • 8+ years of experience in architecture.
  • Experience in commercial projects, preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Proven skill in producing construction documents, including wall sections, construction details, schedules, and full CD sets for general contractors.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing both technical and creative capabilities.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a full-time, remote environment.

A great plus

  • Experience with Twinmotion or D5 Render for architectural visualizations.
  • Previous experience in roles with project coordination or leadership responsibilities.
