What you will do

Develop and coordinate complete construction document sets for presentation to general contractors, including floor plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, details, and schedules.
Produce precise and comprehensive technical documentation with a strong focus on wall sections, construction details, and schedules.
Actively contribute to the design process, bringing both aesthetic and technical judgment across all project stages.
Collaborate remotely with the internal team, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the client’s standards.
Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to deliver accurate documentation and high-quality visual presentations.
Support project coordination efforts across commercial projects, ensuring documentation meets project requirements and deadlines.

What you'll need to know

8+ years of experience in architecture.
Experience in commercial projects, preferably in the U.S. market.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Proven skill in producing construction documents, including wall sections, construction details, schedules, and full CD sets for general contractors.
A strong design portfolio showcasing both technical and creative capabilities.
Advanced English level.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a full-time, remote environment.

A great plus

Experience with Twinmotion or D5 Render for architectural visualizations.
Previous experience in roles with project coordination or leadership responsibilities.
