What you will do

  • Support the production of construction document sets in Revit for residential projects in New Jersey — from SD through complete CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Translate schematics, notes, sketches, and direction into clean, accurate, and well-coordinated drawings.
  • Take ownership of assigned drawing scopes, keeping files organized, consistent, and on track.
  • Implement redlines efficiently and maintain version control as sets evolve.
  • Develop and update plans, elevations, sections, and details as required for each set.
  • Prepare permit-ready documentation aligned with U.S. residential drawing standards.
  • Coordinate basic drawing consistency across the full set.
  • Work independently with clear communication and a predictable, consistent weekly schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with a solo principal, flagging issues early and following through on tasks.

What you'll need to know

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Strong Revit proficiency — comfortable producing full construction document sets.
  • Experience translating schematics, redlines, and sketches into clean, consistent documentation.
  • Solid understanding of drawing standards and coordination for architectural deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Reliable communication, responsiveness, and a consistent weekly schedule.
  • Advanced English level with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a production-oriented mindset.

A great plus

  • Experience with U.S. residential projects and permit sets.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Long-term mindset and interest in building an ongoing working relationship as workload grows.
  • Comfort supporting a solo principal who needs dependable, autonomous production support.
