What you will do

Produce and edit detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD for healthcare and hospital projects.
Create and manage polylines for departmental and suite area calculations.
Develop accurate floor plans and comprehensive documentation sets.
Calculate and verify square footage data with precision.
Work under U.S. healthcare standards and production guidelines.
Support the production team with drawing updates, revisions, and coordination.
Ensure all documentation meets strict drafting and quality standards.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (preferred).
3+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
Advanced English level.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong experience working with polylines, layers, and area calculations.
Proven experience working on healthcare projects (hospitals or medical facilities).
Familiarity with ASHE guidelines or U.S. healthcare documentation standards.
High level of precision and strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow strict drafting standards and production workflows.
