We are looking for an Automation Specialist to collaborate remotely with our California-based client, helping streamline and improve their internal processes. This is a flexible, part-time role with availability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PT).

What you will do

  • Take ownership of automation initiatives and internal process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement a structured accounting system for the client’s business.
  • Lead the implementation of Notion as a project management tool, creating templates and tracking systems.
  • Develop tools to improve drawing production workflows, including phase-based drawing checklists and missing item detection systems.
  • Propose and implement solutions, such as add-ins, to automatically extract and organize information from client emails into their server.
  • Implement and optimize tools such as Revit and Dynamo to automate design and documentation processes.
  • Identify existing technologies that can enhance efficiency and guide the client through their adoption and integration.

What you'll need to know

  • Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit and Dynamo.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience implementing Notion or similar project management platforms.
  • A highly resourceful, proactive, and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
