We are looking for an Automation Specialist to collaborate remotely with our California-based client, helping streamline and improve their internal processes. This is a flexible, part-time role with availability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PT).

What you will do

Take ownership of automation initiatives and internal process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Design and implement a structured accounting system for the client’s business.
Lead the implementation of Notion as a project management tool, creating templates and tracking systems.
Develop tools to improve drawing production workflows, including phase-based drawing checklists and missing item detection systems.
Propose and implement solutions, such as add-ins, to automatically extract and organize information from client emails into their server.
Implement and optimize tools such as Revit and Dynamo to automate design and documentation processes.
Identify existing technologies that can enhance efficiency and guide the client through their adoption and integration.

What you'll need to know

Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
Strong knowledge of Revit and Dynamo.
Advanced English level.
Experience implementing Notion or similar project management platforms.
A highly resourceful, proactive, and tech-savvy mindset.
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.

A great plus

Experience with Notion.
