We’re looking for a BIM Modeler to join one of our clients based in California. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST). Apply now!

What you will do

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models and Construction Document (CD) sets in Revit across SD, DD, and CD phases.
Produce floor plans, sections, and elevations for residential (single-family) projects.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities and documentation for General Contractors.
Accurately pick up and implement redlines throughout all project phases.
Review the full project model to ensure consistency, constructability, and coordination across disciplines.
Identify missing information, detect design issues, and proactively propose solutions.
Collaborate with project teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy in task execution.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler, Revit Architect, or Senior Drafter.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (required), with strong speed and accuracy.
Experience working on residential (single-family) projects.
Advanced English level.
Solid understanding of full project lifecycle (SD through CD), ideally with experience working independently.
Ability to manage and complete project scopes with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify design and constructability issues.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and methodical approach.
Experience with Bluebeam and/or BIM 360 is a plus.
Experience working with wood framing and steel framing systems.
