Are you a Revit expert with extensive experience developing residential projects from concept to construction? We’re looking for a Senior Revit BIM Modeler to join one of our clients based in Georgia. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST). What you will do

Develop and manage advanced 3D models using Revit across all project phases.
Lead SD 3D modeling and produce complete CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Incorporate and respond to redlines during SD and CD phases with precision and efficiency.
Support DD through detailed 3D modeling and preparation of comprehensive drawing sets.
Prepare CD permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Develop construction-ready CD packages for presentation to general contractors.
Ensure all documentation aligns with project standards, building codes, and design intent.
Collaborate with architects and consultants to coordinate models and resolve conflicts.
Work on residential, single-family, projects using wood framing and steel framing systems.

What you'll need to know

+8 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with strong senior-level expertise.
Expert-level proficiency in Revit.
Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Advanced English level with strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
Extensive experience developing SD, DD, and CD sets (floor plans, sections, elevations).
Strong understanding of residential construction systems, particularly wood framing and steel framing.
Experience preparing permit sets and construction document packages.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality documentation on tight deadlines.
