Are you skilled in MEP modeling? Are you able to understand Mechanical and Electrical Process Flow Diagrams? We are looking for a talented BIM modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, a Canada-based leading firm in the commercial water feature industry. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this part-time opportunity. Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Model the equipment room layout with piping and conduit based on the PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams).
- Model the piping and conduits from the Pump room to the Water Feature.
- Provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and design support.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
- Complete printing and plotting requests.
- Maintain a healthy model checklist.
What you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in MEP modeling (especially mechanical piping) and at least 3 years in drawing production.
- Ability to understand Mechanical and Electrical Process Flow Diagrams.
- Proficient in using Revit and Navisworks with license provision.
- Ability to create and edit parametric families.
- An advanced English level.
