We are looking for a talented BIM modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, a Canada-based leading firm in the commercial water feature industry. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this part-time opportunity. Apply today!

What you will do

  • Model the equipment room layout with piping and conduit based on the PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams).
  • Model the piping and conduits from the Pump Room to the Water Feature.
  • Provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and design support.
  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
  • Complete printing and plotting requests.
  • Maintain a healthy model checklist.

What you'll need to know

  • 5+ years of experience in MEP modeling (especially mechanical piping) and at least 3 years in drawing production.
  • Ability to understand Mechanical and Electrical Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Proficient in using Revit and Navisworks with license provision.
  • Ability to create and edit parametric families.
  • An advanced English level.
