We are looking for a talented BIM modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, a Canada-based leading firm in the commercial water feature industry. What you will do

Model the equipment room layout with piping and conduit based on the PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams).
Model the piping and conduits from the Pump Room to the Water Feature.
Provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and design support.
Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
Complete printing and plotting requests.
Maintain a healthy model checklist.

What you'll need to know

5+ years of experience in MEP modeling (especially mechanical piping) and at least 3 years in drawing production.
Ability to understand Mechanical and Electrical Process Flow Diagrams.
Proficient in using Revit and Navisworks with license provision.
Ability to create and edit parametric families.
An advanced English level.
