Are you a detail-driven BIM Modeler with strong Scan-to-BIM experience? We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to support a growing production team specializing in laser scanning and existing conditions documentation. This is a part-time remote position based in Florida, and you must be available to work in Eastern Time (ET). Apply now!

What you will do

Develop accurate Revit models from point cloud data derived from laser scans.
Produce detailed 3D models during Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) phases.
Translate existing conditions documentation into coordinated BIM models.
Support projects across residential (multifamily), commercial, institutional, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Ensure models accurately reflect field conditions and align with project standards.
Collaborate with internal production teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Maintain precision and consistency while managing multiple modeling tasks.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in architecture
3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler, including Scan-to-BIM workflows.
Advanced English level.
Strong proficiency in BIM modeling and Revit.
Proven experience working from point cloud data.
Experience working on residential projects, preferably multifamily.
Solid understanding of SD and DD phase modeling requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
