Are you a versatile, detail-oriented architectural design professional who enjoys carrying a project from first massing model all the way to permit set—and making it look good along the way? We’re looking for an Architectural Designer / Drafter to support a client working on high-end residential architecture—starting with two active projects with support spanning schematic design, design development, and construction documents. This is a part-time role expected to start ASAP, with exact software mix, weekly hours, and level of autonomy still to be confirmed as the projects ramp up.
Think of this as an extension-of-the-team role: you’ll be the drafting and visualization engine behind the team’s design direction, translating markups, feedback, and in-progress ideas into clean drawing sets and compelling 3D.
