Do you thrive in the Construction Documents phase, where precision and coordination make or break a project? Are you a highly proficient Revit professional with a strong background in residential multifamily projects? We’re looking for a talented Revit Architect to provide dedicated short-term support to a residential project currently moving into the Construction Documents phase in Washington. This is a full-time remote opportunity, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing documentation across multiple permits.

What you will do

  • Set up and organize Revit files for efficient coordination across multiple permits.
  • Assist in the production and completion of Construction Document sets.
  • Draft architectural and construction details.
  • Coordinate and manage documentation across multiple buildings, including a 7-unit single-family development with 7 DADUs, where each building is permitted individually.
  • Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
  • Produce Construction Document sets for presentation to General Contractors.
  • Pick up and implement redlines accurately throughout the CD phase.
  • Address and incorporate city correction comments.
  • Support the project team through final CD delivery.

What you'll need to know

  • +3 years of experience as a Revit Architect in residential (multifamily) projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
  • Experience working with Autodesk Forma Design Collaboration.
  • Proven ability to set up and manage Revit files across multiple permits simultaneously.
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, especially for drafting complex architectural and construction details.
  • Understanding of permit documentation requirements and city correction processes.
  • Availability for full-time work and ability to manage deadlines effectively during a critical production phase.
