We’re looking for a BIM Specialist to join one of our clients based in Washington and provide ongoing support in developing and maintaining internal BIM standards and workflows. What you will do

Draft and organize Revit details for the firm’s standards library.
Continue the development of Revit templates, including schedules, assemblies, legends, sheets, and documentation standards.
Build and maintain BIM standards within Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Improve internal workflows, consistency, and documentation systems.
Collaborate with the team on BIM process optimization.
Support the firm’s transition toward more efficient, standardized BIM practices across projects.

What you'll need to know

Solid experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Specialist in residential (multifamily) projects.
Advanced English level.
Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven experience developing templates, schedules, assemblies, legends, and sheets.
Deep knowledge of the Autodesk ecosystem, including Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Experience drafting and organizing Revit details for standards libraries.
Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation systems.
Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude.
