What you will do

  • Convert conceptual plans and renderings into accurate Revit models and construction documents following OSA standards.
  • Develop projects end-to-end across SD, DD, and CD phases.
  • 3D modeling and production of a full SD–CD set of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Develop and coordinate complete DD–CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities and complete construction document sets for general contractors.
  • Attend weekly OSA staffing meetings on Mondays and occasional virtual meetings with the project team.
  • Conduct zoning and code research as needed, citing sources accurately, under close supervision.
  • Work closely with our BIM manager to continuously refine workflows and modeling efficiency.

What you'll need to know

  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field such as commercial interior design.
  • Experience in commercial architecture or commercial interior design — U.S. retail design experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
  • An advanced English level.
  • Willingness to work within confidentiality requirements as requested by the client.
  • A can-do attitude, openness to learning, and the ability to take direction and implement feedback efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours slightly across U.S. time zones as project needs require.

A great plus

  • Proficiency in Rhino.
