What you will do

Develop projects end-to-end across SD, DD, and CD phases.
3D modeling and production of a full SD–CD set of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Develop and coordinate complete DD–CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities and complete construction document sets for general contractors.
Pick up and implement redlines efficiently across all stages.
Work with Revit and BIM360 to ensure accuracy, coordination, and seamless collaboration.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in architecture
3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM360.
An advanced English level.
Proven experience managing all stages of set development, from starting a project from scratch to overseeing renovations.
High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and attention to detail.
