We are looking for a talented Revit Modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, an architectural firm based in Colorado. What you will do

  • Develop projects end-to-end across SD, DD, and CD phases.
  • 3D modeling and production of a full SD–CD set of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Develop and coordinate complete DD–CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities and complete construction document sets for general contractors.
  • Pick up and implement redlines efficiently across all stages.
  • Work with Revit and BIM360 to ensure accuracy, coordination, and seamless collaboration.

What you'll need to know

  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM360.
  • An advanced English level.
  • Proven experience managing all stages of set development, from starting a project from scratch to overseeing renovations.
  • High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and attention to detail.
