What you will do

Work independently to develop residential design solutions and documentation.
Produce accurate and detailed Revit drawings for residential projects.
Take ownership of documentation phases, particularly DD and CD.
Ensure local codes and standards are properly applied throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience, with a focus on residential design.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Ability to manage and deliver work independently.
Understanding of U.S. building codes and California residential standards.
Advanced English communication skills.

A great plus

Experience working with steel framing systems.
