Are you a Revit-driven architect with a strong eye for coordination, modeling, and detailing? Our Maryland-based client is looking for a Semi Senior Revit Architect to take ownership of Revit models, lead coordination with consultants, and support commercial and residential projects with high-quality documentation. What you will do:

Act as the main owner of the Revit file, organizing and setting up collaboration with consultants.
Coordinate architectural models for multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Build architectural and interior design models and drawing sets.
Lead the design and documentation process for commercial and residential projects.
Develop detailed millwork drawings with a high level of precision.
Implement BIM best practices for modeling and documentation.
Assist in developing Revit standards and templates to improve team workflows.
Support 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering when needed.

What you'll need to know:

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in architecture.
Strong expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.
Proven experience coordinating models with consultants.
Solid background in commercial architecture, particularly restaurant design.
Strong skills in construction documentation and detailing, especially millwork.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a part-time role.
Advanced English communication skills.

A great plus:

Experience with residential projects.
Experience in 3D visualization and rendering workflows.
