We’re looking for a talented Semi Senior Revit Architect to collaborate remotely, supporting multifamily residential projects in Texas. What you will do

Support the project team by translating design intent into high-quality Revit models, construction drawings, and visualizations, working under the guidance of senior team members.
Coordinate Revit models and drawings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment throughout the documentation process.
Assist the design team with visual materials, model updates, and project refinements as required.
Contribute to residential (multifamily) projects, ensuring deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

What you'll need to know

Solid experience working as a Revit Architect, with hands-on involvement in residential (multifamily) projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
A good understanding of architectural documentation, coordination, and Revit best practices.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing clear, accurate, and professional drawings.
Availability for part-time work and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

A great plus

Experience working with Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray.
