We’re looking for a talented Semi Senior Revit Architect to collaborate remotely, supporting multifamily residential projects in Texas. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

What you will do

  • Support the project team by translating design intent into high-quality Revit models, construction drawings, and visualizations, working under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Coordinate Revit models and drawings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment throughout the documentation process.
  • Assist the design team with visual materials, model updates, and project refinements as required.
  • Contribute to residential (multifamily) projects, ensuring deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

What you'll need to know

  • Solid experience working as a Revit Architect, with hands-on involvement in residential (multifamily) projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
  • A good understanding of architectural documentation, coordination, and Revit best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing clear, accurate, and professional drawings.
  • Availability for part-time work and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

A great plus

  • Experience working with Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray.
