Our Texas-based client, located in Austin, is looking for a Semi Senior Revit Architect to support a residential spec home project, with involvement across the full project lifecycle and a strong focus on the Construction Documentation (CD) phase. What you will do

Support architectural projects throughout the full process, with a strong emphasis on the CD phase.
Take ownership of Revit models and architectural drawing sets.
Develop SD, DD, and CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Pick up and implement redlines during SD and CD phases.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Produce Construction Document sets for project execution.
Coordinate architectural documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work on residential single-family projects, with exposure to commercial project standards and documentation workflows.
Collaborate closely with the architecture team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in architectural production.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Advanced English level.
Proven experience producing Construction Documents.
Solid background working on residential (single-family) projects.
Experience with commercial projects and documentation standards.
Ability to work across SD, DD, and CD phases, especially CD.
Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
Ability to work independently in a part-time, project-based role.
Clear, proactive, and consistent communication.

A great plus

Prior experience working on projects based in Texas.
Familiarity with fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.
