Are you a fast, detail-oriented 3D artist who thrives under tight deadlines and enjoys bringing projects across the finish line? We’re looking for a Semi Senior 3D Artist to support a Florida-based client on a full-time. This is a full time role that requires availability aligned with Eastern Time (ET).

What you will do

Produce quick and high-quality renderings using Enscape (or similar tools) to support active projects.
Support drafting, modeling, and Construction Document (CD) set development in Revit.
Pick up and accurately implement redlines into Revit models and drawing sets.
Develop architectural details based on sketches provided by the project lead.
Create exterior and interior renderings with varying levels of detail, from quick studies to high-quality visuals.
Support multiple projects simultaneously, including:
- A Science Center (approx. 70% CD – most advanced)
- A Wyndham Hotel (approx. 50% CD)
- A Development project focused primarily on rendering work
Assist with permit sets for local authorities and CD sets for general contractors.
Maintain speed, accuracy, and visual quality while meeting tight deadlines.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in architecture
Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or similar role.
Advanced English level.
Strong proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
Solid experience producing renderings using Enscape.
Ability to move quickly through reviews, updates, and revisions.
Experience with drafting, modeling, CD set creation, and renderings.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
Experience working on healthcare or similarly complex project types.
Availability to start immediately and work full time for the duration of the engagement.
